1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing nursinggateway.com or creating an account on the Nursing Gateway platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site or platform.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Description of Service
Nursing Gateway is a fully automated online nursing education and course membership platform. We offer self-paced courses, educational content, and membership resources for post-graduate registered nurses.
All content is delivered digitally. We do not offer live sessions, coaching calls, or one-on-one instruction. Members access content independently at their own pace.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it current.
4. Membership Tiers and Access
Nursing Gateway offers the following membership options:
Gateway — Free membership with access to selected free content
Starter — $27/month or $197/year
Pro — $57/month or $497/year
Premium — $97/month or $897/year
We also offer the standalone course Survive & Thrive: The New Grad RN Roadmap for a one-time purchase of $97.
Each membership tier grants access to the content and features described on the membership page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to adjust the content included in any tier, and will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes.
5. Payment and Billing
All payments are processed through Kajabi's secure payment system. By purchasing a membership or course, you authorize Kajabi to charge the payment method you provide.
Monthly memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis on the same date each month.
Annual memberships are billed once per year.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment information remains current and accurate. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to your account until the issue is resolved.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings on the Kajabi platform or by contacting us at nursinggateway@gmail.com.
When you cancel, your access to paid content continues through the end of your current billing period. After that period ends, your account will revert to the free Gateway tier or be closed, depending on your selection. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
7. Refund Policy
We want every Nursing Gateway member to feel confident in their purchase. If the platform isn't the right fit for you, here is how refunds work:
Monthly memberships (Starter, Pro, Premium): Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your access continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Annual memberships: If you purchased an annual membership and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. After 30 days, annual memberships are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your annual period.
Standalone course — Survive & Thrive: The New Grad RN Roadmap ($97): If you are not satisfied with the course, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
To request a refund, email us at nursinggateway@gmail.com with your account email and order details. We will process eligible refunds promptly.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Nursing Gateway platform — including course videos, scripts, handouts, written materials, graphics, and branding — is owned by Nursing Gateway and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may access and use course content for your own personal, non-commercial learning purposes only. You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any course content
Share your login credentials with others
Resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any content
Record or download video lessons
Unauthorized use of our content may result in the suspension or termination of your account and may expose you to legal liability.
9. Educational Content Only
All content on the Nursing Gateway platform is provided for educational and professional development purposes only. It is not medical advice, clinical guidance, or patient care recommendations of any kind.
Nothing on this platform should be interpreted as a substitute for the clinical judgment of a licensed healthcare professional, the policies and procedures of your employer, or the guidance of a certified clinical preceptor. Members are responsible for applying their own professional judgment in all clinical settings.
Nursing Gateway is an online education platform. It is not a healthcare provider, a covered entity, or a business associate as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and it is not subject to HIPAA. We do not collect, store, or process protected health information of any kind.
Nursing Gateway does not guarantee any specific clinical outcome, employment result, or licensure result from use of our platform. Your professional performance and decisions remain your own responsibility.
10. User Conduct
By using the platform, you agree not to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
Upload or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing
Interfere with the operation of the platform
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nursing Gateway and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any content on it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
13. Third-Party Services
Our platform integrates with third-party services including Kajabi (course delivery and payments) and Mailchimp (email communications). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. Nursing Gateway is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tennessee.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the site or sending an email to your registered address. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
